About Dr. Jessica Cheung

Dr. Jessica Cheung is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic and a certified personal trainer.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University and as well as a Certificate in Applied Human Nutrition. During this time, she was active in the fitness industry as a weight room supervisor and fitness instructor. While in university, she initially started chiropractic care for neck pain and noticed it had profound impact on her overall health. Not only did her neck pain go away, she recovered faster from her workouts and was able to sleep through the night. She became interested in how the body is a self-healing and self-regulating system. This is when she decided to pursue her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West in California. Her passion is to motivate and empower people to take their health into their own hands and to live life to its fullest potential.

Dr. Cheung has always been involved in sports. She played badminton, tennis and ran track. She has competed in powerlifting and formerly held a provincial powerlifting record. When Dr. Cheung is not in the office, you can find her enjoying a good cup of tea, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
